  • Whole Body Cryotherapy is a quick (1-3 minute) treatment that exposes the entire body to sub-zero temperatures in order to promote recovery, performance, wellness, beauty, and weight loss benefits.

  • Sweating is the body’s natural way to heal and stay healthy. Infrared sauna therapy is beneficial for natural healing and prevention because of its ability to penetrate human tissue resulting in a deep, detoxifying sweat.

  • Alternating between cold and heat has been widely recognized for centuries as a way to reduce pain and promote healing. Cold has been used to treat inflammation and numb pain and heat eases muscle stiffness and promotes circulation for faster recovery.

    Alternating between hot and cold regulates the nervous system, promoting oxygen delivery to cells and efficient function of internal organs.

  • Celluma is the global leader in Light Therapy and an FDA cleared LED Class II Medical Device for Acne, Wrinkles & Pain. Celluma uses different frequencies or wavelengths in LED light treatment. These include red, blue and near infrared light frequencies, which don’t contain ultraviolet rays and are readily absorbed into the skin.
