    Each November, we celebrate Gratitude Month at Recover Well, inviting our community to pause and share what they’re thankful for on our Gratitude Wall. This yearly tradition is one of our favorites. A simple yet meaningful way to fill our space with positivity, connection, and heartfelt appreciation. We’re especially grateful for our incredible community, whose kindness, support, and energy make Recover Well such a special place.     Our monthly post-workout meetup is designed for recovery and connection.

    Enjoy $20 cryo sessions when you book ahead using code SOCIAL—lock in your freeze by booking ahead!  Then head to Recover Well after class on Saturday the 29th and show us you worked out at Sweat Society to receive a free gift and complimentary sparkling tea from our friends at KIWA Teahouse, sourced directly from Korea and Japan.

    We host this on the last Saturday of every month, so mark your calendar, bring a friend, and make it your new favorite ritual!
